| BCS Annual Christmas Program
Monday, December 18 – 7:00 PM!
On Monday, December 18, we will be having our annual Christmas Program. This year, we are pleased that Teen Challenge is willing to host our program at their facility.
Join us for our program of music and praise! Our program will start at 7:00 PM. Students need to line up at 6:45 PM at Teen Challenge. Teen Challenge is located 1 block north of BCS on Main Street. Please drive in their entrance and part out back. The program will be held in their gym (yellow building). Join us in thanking God – and Teen Challenge – for providing a place for our program this year!
Our Christmas program is a highlight of our year, so we invite to bring your family and enjoy an evening of music and praise provided by our students, and directed by Mrs. Sharon Lunsford.
Jared is coming home!
Jared Nevens, one of our soldiers, just arrived back in the US on November 25! He has been serving his second tour of duty in Iraq, and is now at his “home base” in Alaska! Jared will be coming back to Massachusetts on December 15 for a month’s leave. He plans to visit our students some time during his time at home.
We are thankful to see our prayers for the safe return of our soldiers being answered.
School Closing Announcements
School closing announcements will be made over radio stations WBET (AM1460) or WEZE (AM 590) and television channels 4, 5, and 7. BCS utilizes the Brockton Public School transportation, so in the event Brockton Public Schools close, there will be no van transportation.

Lost and Found
We have quite a few UNLABELED jackets, sweaters, and sweatshirts in our lost and found. Please stop by the school office to see our “collection” if your child is missing his or her sweater or sweatshirt.
We would appreciate it if you would label your child’s belongings. It is difficult to return a sweater or sweatshirt to the correct child – the garments all look alike!
Karate Classes
In January, we will be offering a six week after school class for self defense and karate at BCS. (T – grades 2 – 5, TH – grades 6 – 8.)
Students need to sign up by January 4, 2006. Sign up information was sent home last week. Please make out any checks to ABD, NOT BCS! We look forward to this great addition to our program!
