BCS CLubHouse is a school vacation child-care program for students in grades Pre K thru Grade 8. The children will use our kindergarten room and playground for activities, with other areas of the school being utilized as needed. BCS Clubhouse is staffed by our teachers and AfterCare staff.

This summer our children will explore new weekly themes,with fun age appropriate activities. There will be many activities throughout each week, along with games and field trips. Some of these activities include:

Arts and Crafts

Free Choice Play

Bible exploration

Gardening

Science exploration

Library

Story time

Cooking activities
Outside play time (weather permitting)
Other age-appropriate activities

All Clubhouse pals are expected to:
1. Show reverence for those things considered sacred: (The Bible, Prayer, God’s name, etc.)
2. Avoid the use of vulgarity, obscenity and swearing.
3. Show respect for self, peers and all adults.
4. Avoid physical and verbal intimidation or attack.
5. Be obedient to those in authority.

Discipline System
1. Warning
2. Time out ( 5 –15 minutes)
3. Parent informed and discipline slip written.

No gum, candy, soda, or electronic toys. Thank you!

$38.00 per day
or
$165.00 per week

Please note:  There may be an additional charge for field trips if applicable.  We will send home a permission slip and information about field trip costs prior to undertaking any field trip.

Financial Information

BCS Clubhouse invoices will be billed weekly.  Payment will be due by Friday of the following week.  A $25.00 late fee will be charged for any invoices which are overdue.  You many of course prepay any invoice.   If you pick up your child after closing time (5:30 PM) you will be charged $20.00 for every ten minutes after closing time that you are late.

Dress

Children may wear appropriate jeans, shorts, tee-shirts etc. as weather permits. We strongly urge that an extra set of clothing be brought in on the first day of attendance. Please be aware that there may be water play on some days. A beach towel to be stored in their cubbies is also recommended. Please label all clothing with the child’s name. Footwear is a must. Children will not be allowed to participate in activities for safety reasons if they are barefoot. Sunscreen is also recommended as we will be outside at various times during the day, weather permitting.  NO flip-flops on field trips.

Each child must bring in a bag lunch daily!

Snacks provided by ClubHouse

Children that are ill cannot attend. Parents will be notified if their child becomes ill during the day. Sick children must be picked up upon notification. Emergency forms must be filled out and returned prior to becoming a Clubhouse pal.
