2007-2008 School Year

1. A registration fee of $100.00 is due upon submission for application or re-enrollment. This fee is non-refundable.

2. The first month's tuition is due on July 1. The consumable and curriculum fees will be due on August 1. Please refer to tuition schedule for current rates. The testing fee (grades K – 8) will be due on March 1, 2008.

3. Tuition is payable in 10 monthly installments, from July 1 through April 1. Tuition accounts should be confirmed with the treasurer. All tuition payments should be made directly to Key Bank, NA, as per terms of your tuition agreement.

4. A check returned for insufficient funds (NSF) will be charged a fee of $25.00. If an account has more than two returned checks for NSF, all future payments must be made in money order, bank check, or cash.

5. All accounts are due and payable on the first day of each month, unless prior arrangements have been made. There is a ten day grace period for all tuition payments. A late fee of $25.00 per month will be charged if tuition is paid 10 or more days late.

6. Any account over 60 days will be subject to the student being held from the classroom unless arrangements are made through the school office.

7. Any account over 60 days will be subject to report cards being withheld until payments are up to date.

8. All accounts must be current in order to re-enroll for the next school year. Graduating student's accounts must be paid in full before graduation.

9. There is a $250.00 discount for student's tuition paid in full in advance prior to July 1, 2007. (Any other child in the family will receive a $50.00 discount.)

10. There is a discount plan for families with more than one child enrolled in the school.

11. There is a tuition reduction for each family that you recommend or help to enroll at the school. If a family writes your name on their application, and they enroll their child, the following February, you will be credited $250.00 on your tuition if they are attending the school at that time! Any additional families attending BCS will result in a $100.00 reduction per family for you!

12. Any student withdrawn after the 30 day probationary period will be charged the entire month’s tuition regardless of the number of days attended during the month.

In addition, if your child’s tuition is to be paid by a third party (someone other than the child’s legal guardian), the legal guardian must sign a release form. This signed release form will allow BCS to discuss financial information ONLY with this person.
